Low quality plastic melted under normal use
Disappointed. Was using to cut grass in my ditch and the head fell apart. On closer inspection the plastic melted causing the hardware to come loose.

Good for small areas with lite weeds
Works good for grass that or weeds that are up to about 6 inches high maybe seven that’s a stretch. Not very thick light coverage patch areas remember, this is a battery powered residential not commercial use type trimmer. That being said the first one I had was defective. I called and they told me to take it back where I got it from, then from there, I got a replacement and told me if I have any future problems to reach out to them directly and they will resolve the issues

Horrible cord quality
This has got to be the absolute worst weed eater I’ve ever used! Every time I use it the cord snaps and I have to release new cord. Also bought an electric screwdriver that barely screws into 1/4” sheet rock I’m sadly finding that all of there products are horrible. They use to say you get what you paid for but to be honest the quality of these products aren’t worth half of the cost in monetary or time which I’ll never get back. What would normally take me 30 mins to do takes a hour with constant pauses to fix extremely disappointed
