Clean cuts were you want them
I have a in ground pool that I need a edge around the concrete so the water doesn’t lay in puddles
We have sandy dirt that fills in the trough all the time
With this edger I don’t have to weed wack and dig a trough again

Terrible Life and Parts
I bought this P2300 edger last summer. The brushes have now burned out. According to a service center, the brushes are not available and the motor is no longer made. Ryobi needs to step up.

RYOBI P2300 edger
Hope the P2310 is built better that the P2300. I purchased the P2300, #742151001, from Best Buy last summer. The brushes burned up and are not available ANYWHERE. This has not been my best investment.

Wimpy Battery
The edger dies a pretty good job. However, the battery that comes with it doesn't hold enough power to do my whole yard. I had to buy the 4ah battery to get the job done.
