Rated 5 out of 5 by from Now and the future The 40 volt weed trimmer works great and is very quiet. Seriously thinking about the 40 volt all wheel drive mower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great trimmer@ I have been using this trimmer for a few weeks and really love the flexibility and all of the string options! I will say that when I am using it to do edging the handle is a little wonky. I would love it if we had the option to easily grip the trimmer as an edger. Overall this is a very good trimmer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ryobi is the BEST! I brought this product 2 years ago and absolutely love it. It is lightweight a d expands to other tools such as the chainsaw attachment I purchased both awesome tools. I had a problem with one of the batteries failing, but true to their word Ryobi warranty coverwd it. I simply when to HD where I purchased and swapped battery for a new one. Very easy, great tool great warranty, great company. It's very rare that companies stand behind their products these days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than Stihl I was frustrated with my Stihl gas trimmer which would run one day and not the next. This battery operated trimmer is fantastic!!! Worked as well if not better than my Stihl Also purchased the brush cutter attachment. Great Product!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible head unit, creates more frustration. Purchased this trimmer at the beginning of the summer and have regretted spending as much as I had on this product. The product itself is a good product, the head of the unit is horrible to say the least. The "ease" of loading the head with trim in theory would be nice, but when the trim goes into the head, you need to remove the head to pull the line out and wind it back up. The issue is getting the head off, it is very difficult to get off for me. I have been in HD and have seen older men (and women) come in with issues with the line in the head. It is nearly impossible to get the head off, then to get it back on. I know you "should not" need to pull it off, but in reality you do. I just finished my front yard and the trim line went into the head twice. I gave up on doing the yard work after the second time due to how difficult it is to pull the head off. If you are in the market for a line trimmer, avoid this unit, it only causes frustration and irritation.
