Stay away from Ryobi
Mower was packaged poorly and the clear cover over the battery compartment was scratched right out of the box. Rypobi's website is a pathetic joke so don't even try to register because you cannot do it. BTW, their lawyers need to chill out and stop with all of the disclaimers.

Great mower and dual batteries last longer
Great mower and does just as good as gas. Easy to operator and lighter in weight. The crosscut blades do great cutting even thicker grass evenly. The dual batteries last longer than it takes to cut my yard.

Happy with my decision
My local store didn't carry the non-self-propelled crosscut so I ordered this online. I am glad that I did. This is the perfect mower for me. The cut quality is amazing. It is easy to push and maneuver around trees and other obstacles. It's easy to move the handle to store it standing up. And I have a small yard, but it finished with 3 bars left on the 7.5 ah battery. If it holds up I was be a remarkably happy camper.

Perfect for my yard
I moved 2 years ago from a 1.5 acre plot where I had an expensive ZTR gas powered mower. Not needing it at the new house with a .3 acre plot, I decided to go electric. This mower does a great job and is able to mow the grass with a single charge, with rare exceptions in peak weather with maximum growth. Very pleased!

Great when it works, crappy support
I bought mine at the beginning of the summer season, used it all summer with few issues. Hit something heavy and damaged the blade hub and blade. Got new blades fine but you CANNOT BUY PARTS. People are/where selling used parts from dead mowers on ebay but those are gone now. My batteries are fine so far but how long will they last? Considering how much I spent on mower and extra battery this is ridiculous to get such crappy support. All of the positive reviews are from very new mowers. All of the negatives are ONLY A YEAR OLD! My honda lasted over 20 years and still works if I don't leave gas in it.

Not enough suction
My second battery mower. The first, from EGO, broke after just 3 years. Hopefully, this will last longer. There is just one flaw - and it is a huge one - with this mower. It is bad at cutting grass because there is not enough suction. After one season of use, my lawn is all thatch. There is not enough suction to pull up the grass from the previous wheel track. I wish I could make this mower run at full speed all of the time. I would easily sacrifice battery duration for a mower that cuts grass. Note: I'm guessing all electric mowers have this problem. Both of my electric mowers suck (or don't suck) compared to my previous Honda gas mower that finally dies after 24 years.
