Rated 1 out of 5 by from Self Propelled Inoperative Only used twice. The self propelled drive is inoperative. Pull the handle and clicks, but no drive. Called support and sat on hold for a complete hour. Called a repair facility that they authorize and no answer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mower Used it for the first time tonight and I'll never go back to gas. Plenty of power, lots of life, lightweight, quiet, and the self propelled makes things easy

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent buy unless you need customer service. I would have loved to give 5 stars because it's hands down the best mower I've ever owned but I had an issue still with the Self-Propelled feature not engaging still left unresolved. Customer service is a joke!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gray power and features. This mower is fantastic. I love the power and how economical it is to use compared to gas models and less restrictive than corded electric models.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely disappointed Piece of crap! Will never buy electric again. Bought this a year ago from Home Depot. Box said about 3/4 acre rating. I have 3/4 acre total, and at least 1/3 is non-mowable - tree lines, islands, etc. Hot days = 1/2 battery life and difficult to charge until battery cools off. High thick grass (4-5") = 1/2 battery life. I have a grade in my backyard (no steep banks) = 1/3 battery loss. Hot day with high grass = 5-6 hours of cutting grass on 1/3 of an acre. I literally cannot cut 1/2 acre - my front yard and my back yard on the same freaking day. I initially took the batteries and exchanged them at Home Depot, thinking the batteries were defective. Nope. Later I learned that on summer days, you have to either put the discharged battery in the freezer, or wrap and ice pack around it so it cools off. Otherwise, you put it on the charger and after 5 seconds it errors. Only cool batteries charge. To do my whole yard in one take I would need 4 more batteries - at $120+ per battery, NO WAY! Stay away and stick to gas unless your yard is completely flat, about 1/8 acre and square. The further north you live, it will probably perform better. Early spring and late fall is when it performs a little better (still cant mow entire yard on same day). I live in PA so...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad Purchase This mower is coming up on one year old and one of the very expensive batteries doesn't work anymore and the self-propelled feature doesn't work either! Tried to get ahold of Ryobi and their chat bot is usless!
