Delay, and difficult Saturday grip handle
Wanted a lander blade and more power , very hard to get started each time, long delay and safety grip handle hard to keep squeezed and still operate, goes off frequently!

Easy to use
We just bought this and love it. My wife was able to trim out gardenia bushes so easily. Is not too heavy and love not having a cord or having to constantly add gas. Plus, the interusable battery that came with it is a money saver.

Great Features

Fantastic cutter

Best Hedge Trimmer ever!!
Fantastic, I have large groups of grasses, I had an AC hedge trimmer and it would cut them but I'd have do do repeated passes.
The 40v Ryobi just goes thru the grasses like butter. No effort and super fast and easy. Love all my Ryobi tools. I have multiples so I have them at my other locations.

TRIMMER
I purchased this trimmer fo the purpose of completing a large trimming project that needed to get done prior to the sale of the house by management’s request. Using the trimmer on a stem ladder was not over bearing in weight in trimming the tops of the bushes. Using the trimmer it seemed it cut better on the sides going up from ground toward the top than it it going the other way. The 4 amh battery used completely did all the bushes and only used one light bar. The trimmer came quite sharp, and this trimmer is safely operating without the fear of cutting a extension cord.

Love the cordless ability
Replaced a corded hedge trimmer with the Ryobi rechargeable version. So much easier to use. Glad to ditch the cord!
