Great Saw
I bought this several weeks ago but have just had the opportunity to use it.
I had a large limb break off a tree and I used the chain saw to cut it up.
It worked better than I thought it would. Cut through the thick limb with no problem at all.

Great gift and really good features.
Got this for my birthday. Great gift and so easy to use. It's nice not having to deal with 2 cycle engine fuel and the mess that goes with it. So easy to take my Ryobi chainsaw, put my charged battery in it and go cut small trees, do pruning, etc. around the house. Great for small jobs. However, I was quite surprised to learn that it would cut trees up to a 7" diameter. Good gift for a residential home owner.

Leaks out all the bar oil overnight.
I have had my saw for over a year. it cuts well but it has a gravity feed bar oiler. most saws have a pump. if you leave bar oil in the tank it will leak all the bar oil out over an 8 hr period. I baught this saw to carry in my camper but with the messiness I have not used it that way. My gas powered Stihl is smelly but more convenient even for occasiional use due to the bar oiler design.

Extremely disappointed
I bought this months ago for a specific project that I haven’t been able to finish. Loved it but the blade bent and I haven’t been able to get a replacement. I’ve been given the runaround, prepaid for a replacement blade months ago as well but it’s still not in stock. Not sure how they’re still selling this if they can’t provide specific parts.

Confidence Is Key!
I am a 61 year old single female with a monstrosity of a 40-ft plus maple tree that came down in a storm over the weekend. I needed to remove some of it just for safety reasons and couldn't get a hold of anyone on short notice. I went to Home Depot and an older female employee directed me to the Ryobi 10 inch chainsaw. She assured me that she has one herself and that it's so easy to use. I purchased it and took it home and spent the entire weekend cutting up the smaller sections of this huge tree. It works like a dream. The battery lasts for well over an hour of heavy use. I felt so confident using it and I'm so happy with my purchase
