I definite must acessory
The optional tank in my view is almost a must have giving the owner of the sprayer such flexibility to distribute the different products without the mess and clean up of a traditional sprayer when switching between applications. . Everything the home owner needs is right there to do professional job.

Mulitple tanks for several different chemicals.
It is very convenient to have multiple tanks. One for Round Up, one for Termidor and a third one for Round Up for Lawns. Each tank is permanently dedicated to a mixture so I dont have to rinse or cleanout one tank when switching between applications.

I purchase the Ryobi 1 gallon sprayer, but I needed more coverage in between refills. This 2 gal replacement tank fits and works perfectly on my Ryobi sprayer that came with a 1 gallon tank. The two gallon tank allows me to treat the decorative rock in front of my house with weed killer in one filling.
I now have the perfect system. A one gallon tank for treating my plants and a two gallon tank for covering large areas.
