Too Expensive!
I bought this 3 pack about two years ago at Home Depot and it was $10. Today I paid $25 for the same 3 pack at the same HD! It was a time saving step to pop on the new spool, but I'll have to let my young yard guy replace the line himself as these spools run out.

Super Easy! Great string
I’ve had my Ryobi string trimmer for years now. I love it and this string gets the job done whether trimmer or using as an edger. At first I was always buying the replacement spools, because they are super easy to change out and wasn’t sure if I had the patience to refill spools. Super easy to wind your own refill spools. Since I have a large yard, (5 acre corner lot) love having a pile of filled spools at the ready.
Ignore the bad reviews because the person bought the wrong spool for their machine. Not the fault of the string or the spool! Spools are super durable.

Ease of use for the DW
These pre-spooled replacements make it easier for my DW to change out the line. I also purchased the replacement bulk pack to prep the spent spool for the next time.

Very easy to use!
I just purchased a 40v trimmer a couple weeks ago and the auto feed trimmer cables are a breeze to operate, just pop the old one out, put a new one in and your good to go, I could not be happier!

THIS IS NOT MENT TO BE USED WITH RYOBI 40V!!!!
I bought this at the home depot due to having run out of line for my strong trimmer. Yes they were cheap, but I get home and find out that these are NOT right for my RYOBI ry15523a. In fact, the show a picture of a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT spool and head.

Not for all 40V trimmers
I bought this at Home Depot thinking the spool would drop right into my 40V trimmer. It does not. Not even close. Totally wrong for my model RY40220. Buy the 160' roll for half the price.
